Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

AV Solutions ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you fill in the contact form, message us on WhatsApp, email or call us, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address and anything you choose to tell us about your business.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics collects similar information in anonymised form.
  • Client information. When you become a client, we may receive access to your social media, advertising, analytics and website accounts, and to content and customer data you share with us for the purpose of the work.

2. How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange the free audit you requested.
  • To deliver the services you have engaged us for, and to report on them.
  • To send you invoices, reminders and service updates.
  • To understand how this website is used so we can improve it.
  • To comply with legal obligations, such as tax records.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only where needed to provide our services: with platforms such as Meta, Google and WhatsApp when we run campaigns or messaging on your behalf; with our hosting, email, form and accounting providers; with freelancers and contractors who work under confidentiality agreements; and with authorities where the law requires it. Each of these parties is responsible for its own privacy practices.

4. WhatsApp and email

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. We use your number only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to coordinate the work. You can ask us to stop messaging you at any time.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website works without cookies. If we enable Google Analytics, it sets cookies to measure visits in aggregate, with IP addresses anonymised. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting the site.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires afterwards, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls, two-factor authentication on the accounts we manage, and confidentiality agreements with everyone who works with us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can withdraw consent for messaging at any time. To do so, contact us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.

11. Contact
