Terms of service

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms apply to the use of this website and to the digital marketing services provided by AV Solutions ("we", "us", "our") to clients ("you"). A signed proposal or service agreement for a specific engagement takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

1. Services and plans

We provide the services described on this website: social media management, performance advertising, search engine optimisation and Google Business Profile management, websites and landing pages, content and creative production, WhatsApp and email marketing, branding, and reporting. The exact scope of a monthly plan or one-off project is set out in the proposal you accept. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.

2. Fees and payment

  • Monthly plans are invoiced in advance at the start of each month and are payable within 7 days of the invoice date.
  • One-off projects are payable 50 percent on acceptance of the proposal and 50 percent on delivery, unless the proposal says otherwise.
  • All fees exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate. Every invoice is a valid GST invoice.
  • If an invoice is unpaid 14 days after its due date, we may pause work until it is settled.

3. Advertising budgets

Ad budgets are paid by you directly to Meta, Google or any other platform from an advertising account held in your name. We do not hold or handle your ad money. Our management fee covers strategy, creatives, setup, optimisation and reporting, and is separate from the ad budget. Where management of ad spend above the plan's included amount is agreed, the additional fee is confirmed in writing before the budget is increased.

4. Term and cancellation

  • Monthly plans start with a minimum term of three months from the plan start date.
  • After the minimum term, the plan continues month to month. Either party may end it by giving 30 days' written notice, by email or WhatsApp.
  • Fees for the notice period remain payable. Fees already paid are not refundable, except where we have failed to deliver the agreed scope.
  • We may end an engagement immediately if you ask us to do something unlawful, breach a platform's advertising policies after being warned, or fail to pay after a reminder.

5. What we need from you

To do the work you need to give us timely access to the relevant accounts, approve content calendars and creatives within the agreed time, supply accurate information about your products, prices and offers, and tell us about any licences, claims or regulations that apply to your industry. Delays on your side may delay delivery without reducing fees.

6. Approvals and content

Content is published only after your approval, unless you have asked us in writing to publish without it. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of claims, prices, offers and images you supply, and for holding the rights to any material you give us. We are responsible for the originality of the creative work we produce.

7. Ownership

Once paid for, the content, designs, pages and campaigns we create for you belong to you. All work is created inside accounts in your name, and you keep full access to them during and after the engagement. We retain the right to our internal tools, templates and methods, and we may show the work in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.

8. Results

We will apply our skill and care to achieve the objectives agreed in the plan, and we report on them honestly every month. Results in marketing depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, pricing, competition, platform changes and seasonality. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, rankings or followers.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties keep each other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement. This continues after the engagement ends.

10. Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or for the actions of third-party platforms such as account suspensions, policy changes or outages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

11. Website use

The content of this website is for general information and may change without notice. You may not copy or reuse our content, designs or logo without written permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith between the parties; failing resolution, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the place of our registered office.
